Lignum Vitae with Clip and 'Moab Red Rock' Resin Accents
A beautiful bespoke fountain pen turned from Lignum Vitae with a clip and Hobble Creek’s “Moab Red Rock” resin used for the decorative ring, grip section and cabochon.
The wood from which this beauty was turned was dried in-house and infused with resin under vacuum pressure before being shaped by hand. This fountain pen comes standard with a Jowo #6 stainless steel nib, a Schmidt K5 converter, and accepts standard international fountain pen ink cartridges.
Every pen I make is unique! This particular pen is 153mm capped (138mm uncapped), a thickness of of 11.09mm at the thinnest part of the section, 14.56mm at the widest part of the body and 16.45mm at the cap), and weighs 29.31 grams un-inked (16.44 grams without the cap).
Note: I currently stock custom etched stainless-steel Jowo #6 nibs in fine, medium and broad. Other styles of nib (including 14k and 18k gold) can be acquired if needed. Contact me for more information!
